I love that you’re asking this question and I’d say start with yourself. Learn about meditation, treat yourself and your body kindly, and then extend your effort outward. Its also very important to be comfortable admitting that youre wrong about things. You can share my videos or videos by other mental health YouTubers if that’s how the people you know learn best. When talking about facts, learn to listen, even if you’re trying to teach. Make sure to distinguish between bad actions and bad people. It’s almost never useful to call a person good or bad. If you end up successful, learn about effective altruism and support research, especially having to do with heart disease and cancer, since that’s some of the most effective ways to be charitable. There are lots of little tips I can rant and lecture out here, but for the sake of brevity, I’m going to say that those should be the priorities.
