      Hi Molly.
For me it is about building relationships with the patients I work with and getting to understand why they have made the choices they have in their lives. Whenever someone presents with a challenging behaviour there is almost always a link back to their early life and an experience they had. Once we can understand that it is usually then easier to help them change it. This can take a long time as there can be a lot of strong emotions attached to these experiences!
