      My work with criminals has mostly been confined to a group home setting, and it’s remarkably similar to working with people who aren’t criminals. Realizing that people who have done terrible things are indistinguishable from people who don’t do terrible things inspires me to refrain from judging people. I’ve learned to only judge actions because I know all people are more or less equally capable of great accomplishments and great evils.
