  Thanks for the question. That is a good one to ask. I’m a social psychologist, so I’m interested in understanding why people believe in conspiracy theories and what the potential consequences of believing could be. With that in mind, I do not look at whether a conspiracy theory is true or false, but rather, treat them as a starting ground to understand belief.
